  • Built Op Center workflows for live fleet monitoring, dispatch, autonomy-event triage, vehicle health review, assisted-autonomy requests, and privileged operator commands
  • Developed real-time map-based interfaces using React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Mapbox, Three.js, and GraphQL subscriptions to visualize truck state, telemetry, alerts, and route activity
  • Built tooling aligned with scaling operations from roughly 4 trucks per specialist toward 12-24 trucks per specialist
  • Expanded into backend and cloud workflows using Python frameworks including Django and FastAPI, plus AWS AppSync, Lambda, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Kinesis, S3, and Terraform
  • Improved dashboard usability and performance across frequent telemetry updates, map rendering, live alerts, and customer logistics workflows
